remove the starer relay (behind the fender liner on drivers side near the door) and use a short length of wire to jump the connection using the wire. any decently thick wiring will do, I've always used the blue wiring similar to what is run to the factory speaker, not sure of the gauge. Once you have the wire in place simply attempt to start the car as you normally would. Thats it.
The relay is in place as a buffer or protectant for the starter and thus lengthens the life of it so I would not recommend planning to run with just the wire jumper for any length of time.
